How does it work?

Simply call us for a free consultation or schedule one online through the HIRE US section.  We will meet (via phone, video or live in your office) to discuss your needs and formulate a plan that works for you.  Once our conflict check has cleared, we send you our freelance agreement and a scope of work.  Upon your acceptance we get to work.

What happens to my information?

Information is shared via your secure file-share system or ours.  Once the job is completed, all Case-related work-product is returned to you, unless you anticipate future Case work.  If you need assistance with your legal billing system, running monthly invoices or a private database system, we remotely access your system so all information stays on your secure server.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry comprehensive business liability insurance with an electronic data protection rider.


We routinely work with documents containing protected health information.  Our e-mail and data is secured through G-Suite.  Google has sought and received security certifications such as ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 and SOC 3 Type II audits. For customers who are subject to the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), G Suite also supports HIPAA compliance and Monument Legal Support has an active Business Associate Agreement with Google that is available upon request.
